The Jackson County Ministerial Alliance is hosting an area wide Unity Service Sunday, April 1 at 6 p.m. The service will be held at the old Plaza Theater or Altus Christian Fellowship’s worship center (107 N. Hudson). The service is a simple, informal opportunity for all area citizens to come together in corporate worship. Music will be led by the Altus Christian Fellowship praise team and a message on unity will be shared by Arlis Moon, pastor of the Altus First Assembly of God.

The Ministerial Alliance intends for this service to become an annual event, complimenting the annual Community Thanksgiving Service held the Sunday before Thanksgiving each November.

Additionally, the annual National Day of Prayer Breakfast is Thursday, May 3rd. Seating is limited and tickets are available, but going fast.
