Also on the agenda is the lease agreement for chemistry analyzers, review of the safety report, quality indicator report and the Trauma Center commitment statement.
The performance improvement report will be heard in executive session, and the medical staff report will be given by Dr. Richard Katseres.
The financial report will be given by CFO Davidson and the management report by President and CEO Bill Wilson.
