The guest speaker is Michael Carnuccio, President of the Oklahoma Council of Public Affairs (Advancing Liberty since 1993). Mr. Carnuccio joined the staff in January 2010 after previously serving as senior advisor for Oklahomans for Responsible Government and director of public affairs for the Oklahoma House of Representatives.
