The Shortgrass Arts and Humanities Council is sponsoring the popular, award winning “Sweet Adelines” OK City Chorus in concert on Saturday, May 19, at 7 p.m. at Western Oklahoma State College.

The performance will be held in the Multi-Purpose Center at the college. Easy parking is available in the South lot and the best entrance will be through the South door by the gym.

This group is back in Altus by popular demand and their performance will be family-oriented, high energy and fun for everyone.

Partial funding is being provided by the Oklahoma Arts Council. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children (12 and under) and are available at the Altus Chamber, 482-0210; the SAHC office, 477-1616; or at the door.

A reception with the performers will follow the concert and refreshments will be served.
