Funeral services for Fred Alan Graumann, 46, of Altus, will be held at the St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lone Wolf on Thursday at 10 a.m. with Pastor B.J. Armstrong officiating. Burial will be at the Lutheran Cemetery in Granite under the direction of People’s Cooperative Funeral Home of Lone Wolf. Visitation will be at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 p.m. today. Fred Alan Graumann was born to Fred George and Beverly Ann (Bourland) Graumann in Hobart on April 30, 1966, and departed this life in Altus on May 28, 2012.

Alan grew up in Blair where he graduated high school. He worked for United Supermarket in high school and college. He later moved to Altus after high school and has had several jobs, to include a police officer for Altus, a water well driller for Steve Rose, at UPS as a driver, a truck driver in the oil fields, and at Altus Ready Mix. He was a little league coach, gun collector, an avid Pittsburg Steelers fan and loved to entertain people. He was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church in Lone Wolf.

Survivors include his wife, Diane Graumann of the home; two sons, Braden Graumann of Mustang, and Blaine Graumann of Altus; a daughter, Whitney Hayes of Phoenix, Ariz.; parents, Fred and Beverly Graumann of Blair; a sister, Dana and husband John Dee Butchee of Warren; a granddaughter, Hadley Jones; two nephews, Dillon Butchee and wife Katy of Altus, and Darren Butchee of Warren; and many other relatives and friends.
