The Alzheimer’s Association Care Giver Support Group will meet June 21, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The event will be at the Tamarack Assisted Living Activity Center located at 1224 E. Tamarack Road in Altus.

The Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group exists to provide caregivers and those diagnosed with the latest facts and resources to care for someone with Alzheimer’s disease. The Support Group is open to the public. Discussions are for the benefit of all that attend; centering on the stages of Alzheimer’s disease, resources, and Caregiver concerns and stresses.

Teams are forming for the Nov. 3 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.

Refreshments will be provided at the meeting.
