The City of Altus held a retirement reception for Fire/Rescue Chief J.R. Wheeler after over 30 years of service. Seen left to right, at the reception: Cody Wheeler, Trooper Justin Wheeler, Ashley Wheeler, Melanie and J.R. Wheeler. Not present at time of the photo was son, Dallas Wheeler.
