The Alzheimer’s caregiver Support Group will meet on Thursday, Aug. 16, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Tamarack Assisted Living Activity Center, at 1224 E. Tamarack Road in Altus.

The Alzheimer’s Association Caregiver Support Group exists to provide caregivers and those diagnosed with the latest facts and resources to care for someone with Alzheimer’s disease. The Support Group is open to the public. Discussions are for the benefit of all that attend; centering on the stages of Alzheimer’s disease, resources, and Caregiver concerns and stresses. Refreshments will be provided.

Plan now to attend the Saturday, November 3 Walk to End Alzheimer’s.
