Wilma June Lollis, 82, of Altus, passed away Friday morning, Aug. 31, 2012, at the Jackson County Memorial Hospital. Funeral services are scheduled for 10 a.m., Tuesday at the Kincannon Memorial Chapel with Tom Bailey officiating. Burial will follow in the Restlawn Cemetery under the direction of the Kincannon Funeral Home.

Wilma June Pendergrass was born on May 27, 1930, to H.E. and Curtis (England) Pendergrass in Altus. She graduated from Altus High School in 1948. She married Virgil R. Lollis on July 3, 1948, in Vernon, Texas. She was a member of the Elm and Hudson Church of Christ in Altus. Wilma was a homemaker and loved caring for her family. She enjoyed taking motorcycle trips with her family, sewing, and taking care of her cats. She loved spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil R. Lollis; and her parents.

She is survived by one daughter, Diane Killian of Altus; two sons, Charles Harvey Lollis of Altus, and Richard Dwayne Lollis and wife Linda of Iowa Park, Texas; three brothers, Ernest Pendergrass of Scroggins, Texas, Glenn Pendergrass of Ada, and Larry Pendergrass of Scroggins; six grandchildren, Dustin Killian, Justin Killian, Stacy Herman, Brandon Lollis, Kristy Lollis and Misty Schuman; and 12 great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn Avila, Stoney Works, Ethan Works, Colby Collier, Blake Lollis, Braden Lollis, Jaxon Herman, Kaden Killian, Braxton Killian, Mylee Killian, Ryker Killian, Marlee Killian and Logan Killian.

Memorial contributions may be made in Wilma’s honor to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 N. Michigan Ave., Fl. 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
