McGruff the Crime Dog and Officer Mike Bell of the Altus Police Department made presentations at Duke School to the Pre K- 3rd graders about safety issues while trick-or-treating and how to let parents help look over candy before eating. Others in attendance were Tonyah Pogue for Jackson County Health Department and representatives from Altus Air Force Base.
