Medicine Park – Volunteers are soliciting sponsorships for the 4th Annual Comanche County Boots & Bling Ball, benefitting the American Cancer Society, to be held Saturday, April 13 at the Medicine Park Music Hall in Medicine Park. Volunteers are making plans for the fundraising event and are looking for sponsors.
The ball is a gala event with a western flair. The event includes dinner, live entertainment, a live auction, games and more. Boots & Bling is a fun and unique way for the people of Comanche County to work together in the fight against cancer. Each contribution helps fund the battle against cancer by supporting the Society’s research, education, and advocacy programs, as well as its patient services.
The event offers four levels of sponsorship. The Ranch Baron is the presenting sponsor of the vent. This sponsorship level is $1,000 and includes your organization’s name on the stage, mentions by the emcee throughout the event, name placement on all event publicity including signs, posters and programs, 10 complimentary event tickets and four free Boots & Bling t-shirts.
The Trailblazer is the entertainment and dance floor sponsor. This level costs $750 and includes mentions by the emcee throughout the event, recognition in the event programs and on signs, eight complimentary event tickets and two free Boots & Bling t-shirts.
The Wrangler sponsorship level is the auction sponsor and includes your organziation’s logo on all the silent auction bid sheets and auction signage, mentions by the auctioneer during the auction, six complimentary tickets and one free Boots & Bling t-shirt.
The Cowboy sponsors are the dinner sponsors. This level costs $250 and includes signs thrhoughout the food service area and entrance to the event and four complimentary tickets. Dinner sponsors may also place approved logo items in the service areas.
