The Shortgrass Arts and Humanities Council will present the world famous Glenn Miller Orchestra for a Valentine’s Day Concert and Dance on Thursday, Feb. 14. The event will begin at 7 p.m. at the Robert S. Kerr Performance Hall at Quartz Mountain Lodge.
There will be dancing on the stage floor around the band and the performance hall acoustics are perfect for those who prefer just to listen to the outstanding big band music.
Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for students. Tickets are now available at the Altus Chamber of Commerce by calling 580-482-0210, or by calling 580-477-1616. They will also be available at the door. Partial funding is provided by the Oklahoma Arts Council.
