Police investigating two overnight burglaries

Altus police are investigating two overnight burglaries to local businesses. At 3:33 a.m., police responded to 2116 E. Broadway, Altus Motor sports, on an alarm. Unknown subject(s) broke out the window on the front of the building with a rock. It is unknown at this time what items were taken.

At 4:51 a.m., a witness called police about suspicious subjects in front of Action Pawn, 315 S. Main. When police arrived they discovered the glass on the front of this building broken out. Several pieces of electronic equipment were taken in the burglary. Video shows a dark colored pick up parked in front of the business and two subjects exiting the truck and throw bricks through the window. After the burglary the vehicle is seen leaving the area West bound on Pecan Street.
