Hazel L. Farmer was born to Marion and Leora (Brown) Farmer, April 30, 1923 in Pottsboro, Texas. She grew up in Mountain Park, Indiahoma and Cache, OK. She moved to Texas in her early twenties where she resided until the late 1970’s, she then moved to Eldorado, OK where she resided until her health failed. Her later life was spent in the English Village Nursing Home in Altus.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, R.E. and Calvin Farmer and her two loving husbands, Emmett Brown and Ralph Jones.
She is survived by her step-daughter Janell of Texas; step-son Darrell Jones of Mustang, OK; two sisters, Lorean Barkley and Thelma Jackson both of Cache, OK; a brother, Alvin Farmer of Fletcher, OK, and many loving nieces and nephews.
