MANGUM, Okla. (AP) — The trial of a warden’s wife on charges she helped a convicted killer escape prison in 1994 is being delayed at the request of her attorney.

Bobbi Parker is accused of helping Randolph Dial escape from the Oklahoma State Reformatory in Granite where her husband was an assistant warden.

Parker and Dial were found in 2005 living on a chicken farm in east Texas.

Parker has pleaded not guilty. Her attorney stepped aside from the case in December and has been replaced by attorney Garvin Isaacs.

Isaacs says he hasn’t had time to review all the evidence.

The trial is now scheduled for the October docket in Greer County. Prosecutors and Isaacs will meet with the judge Sept. 3 to determine a trial date.
