The Altus City Council will meet in special session at noon Thursday in the Council Chambers at City Hall.
The meeting is being held to receive a presentation from PSA Dewberry in regard to the architectural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans for the new municipal building and police department headquarters. There will be a time for public comments at the meeting.
