They got together this week to announce National Healthcare Decisions Day that will be observed April 30. Hospice of Southwest Oklahoma, along with other national, state and community organizations, are leading a massive effort to highlight the importance of advance healthcare decision-making. They will be offering free information about advance care planning and advance directive forms at their offices on that day.
