The Altus Public Library will continue their “Make Art,” painting on the canvass at 4 p.m., Thursday, April 23. This is for kids pre-school through 5th grade.

This mural is truly a community effort. First the teens painted with artist Jill Anderson, then staff at the library contributed to it, and now the younger kids and their parents will get a chance to work on it.

The mural will hang in the children’s area of the library to kick off the theme of this year’s summer program, “Get Creative at the Altus Public Library!”

All paint supplies will be provided. For more information call the library at 580-477-2890.
