Roger Hill, left, District 13 Director of the Cooperative Council of Oklahoma School Administrators, presented Bob Drury, center, with the District 13 Superintendent of the Year Award, while Bruce May, right, received the District 13 Assistant Superintendent of the Year Award. Drury and May are now eligible to compete for the State Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of the Year Awards.
