Kids got a first hand look at various animals Thursday when the Zoomobile visited the Altus Library as part of the Summer Reading program. This summer’s ‘Be Creative’ got under way earlier this week with various activities. Thursday’s Zoomobile’s program called “Creative Creations” was geared for elementary age children.Kids are shown here getting to touch an armadillo. Teens will also have an opportunity to participate in the summer program with specials such as a three-evening workshop “Cartoon Drawing for Teens.” For more information about other programs and activities at the library, call 477-2890 or stop by the library’s front desk and pick up schedules of all the activities.
