The start of school is just around the corner, so the Altus Schools has scheduled a One-Stop Enrollment and Free Immunization Clinic.

The event will be held on Friday, July 31, from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Altus High School Cafeteria.

One Stop Enrollment is for all students enrolling for the first time in Altus Public Schools. Returning students are already pre-enrolled and do not need to attend, unless they need to get immunizations.

Please bring the following items: Birth certificates for students entering school for the first time (K & Pre-K), current immunization records, Social Security Numbers for each child (optional), previous school records, and proof of custody (for children not living with a parent). Altus Kiwanis Club will be providing breakfast pastries or a hot dog lunch for all attendees.
