Joshua Dylan Lusk, 24, has been bound over for trial after a preliminary hearing yesterday in Jackson County District Court.

Lusk is the Fort Sill soldier who is accused of shooting Andrew Russell White at Dub’s Bar and Grill in Eldorado on May 4. Robbery was said to be the motive.

Investigators said that White was found shot in the back of the head, and that money stolen from the bar was found in both Lusk’s barracks at Fort Sill and in his vehicle.

Lusk plead not guilty to charges of first-degree murder and robbery. A trial date will be set for Lusk during formal arraignment on Sept. 1. He remains in the Jackson County Jail on $1 million dollar bond.
