Pastor George Lupton and members of Grace United Methodist Church gather to work on Altus’ fifth Habitat for Humanity house, located at 1125 Cherry. The house, nearing completion, is the result of hundreds of hours of volunteer labor from the community. Grace United Methodist Church also hosted a Habitat fundraising luncheon earlier this week at the Altus Community Center. The group fed 219 people with all money going to help support the local Habitat for Humanity program.
