Youth groups cleaning up Altus

The group of teens in bright green T-shirts that you might have seen over the past few weeks working along Altus streets are concerned members of various Altus church youth groups. The youth have decided to come together to improve the look of Altus. They have been going up and down Altus streets cleaning up abandoned lots and building sites, mowing, weeding, and carrying off trash and other debris. They are doing the work on a volunteer basis with no pay.
