Medical personnel in Frederick called authorities this week after they discovered strange knots on a boy’s collar bone while doing an X-ray.

According to reports, the X-ray showed that both of the 18-month-old’s clavicles had been broken in the past, and that one side had been broken twice. The child also showed other signs of physical abuse, including bruising on the face.

Tillman County law enforcement are investigating the abuse incident, and have suspects, and expect an arrest sometime this coming week.
