Several OMRF items on Tuesday’s Council agenda

The Altus City Council will meet Oct. 20 in Council Chambers, first as the Municipal Trust Authority, with agenda items including publishing a request for proposal for a water line project along North Park Lane, a lease purchase agreement with OMPA for the new Veteran’s Electrical Substation; and to lease purchase equipment and construct T-hangars at the airport.

Agenda items on the regular City Council meeting that will follow the MTA meeting include items related to the construction of the new Altus City Hall; Phase V of the Navajoe Gateway Project; asphalt purchases; and items related to City’s Defined Contribution Plans with OMRF; the replacement of a 50-year Special Use Permit for the northeast Altus drainage improvement project.
