Frederick looking for chili cookers

The Frederick Chamber of Commerce is seeking applications from chili cookers and non-food vendors for the Cotton Pickin Chili Cook-Off at the 2009 Cotton Festival set for Sat, Nov. 7.

Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners in the Chili Cook Off. Chili entries may be of any type and cooked on site or at home.
