Daniel Rhea Tabon, 22, was arrested at the scene of this accident that happened at about 10 p.m. Thursday.

Tabon was arrested for DUI Version One and Two, driving without insurance, failing to produce security verification to police officer, and driving without proper tag.

The accident happened near the railroad crossings east of Altus Junior High. Tabon’s vehicle left the roadway and hit a utility pole at the driver’s side door.
