Thirty defendants appeared before Judge Richard Darby for various legal proceedings on Dec. 1, at the Jackson County Courthouse. Among them, Dominique Lindsey and Marquis Dorsey, both of Altus, were formally arraigned for their involvements in the robbery and murder of Hai Phan May 31.

Lindsey, 22, is being held for conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. Dorsey, 24, is accused of felony murder of Phan and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon. Both Lindsey and Dorsey are scheduled on the pre-trial docket for March 12 at 10 a.m. Judge Darby commented to Lindsey that if there was an arrangement made before that time, concerning her case, she can come before the bench earlier than the March date.

The trail of Patrick Robinson, Sedrick Sanders and Michelle Calvert, who are being held on felony murder and conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon in association with Phan’s murder will begin at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow.
