"Integris Family Care Altus is proud to announce the opening of their Veterans Administration Clinic. Altus Chamber Ambassadors held a ribbon cutting for them recently, inset, as a crowd of well wishers look on. Now veterans in our community, and those that surround us, will be able to see a primary care physician without the excessive travel they have had in the past. Dr. John Tran and Dr. Willard Perez will see the members for primary care needs, annual physicals, and lab studies. Soon patients will have access to Psychiatry and, also, Retinopathy exams. If you live in the Altus area and would like to be assigned to the Altus facility, please call 1-405-456-5499 and you will be added to the member list. If you have never enrolled for health care with the VA, please call and ask for a 10-10-EZ enrollment form. You may, also, pick one up at either provider's office. The Altus clinic providers and staff are honored to serve the veterans and look forward to long and "healthy" relationship."
