Groundbreaking for new school project at AHS set for Friday

Altus Chamber of Commerce President Holley Urbanski has announced that Bob Drury, Superintendent of Altus Schools has scheduled a Groundbreaking Ceremony for the new renovation work at Altus High School.

The groundbreaking will be held on Friday, Dec.18, at 10:30 a.m. in front of the main building of Altus High School.

The contractor will be starting construction during the school’s break for Christmas. The Altus Ambassadors, city, school and chamber officials will be on hand at this event.
