FREDERICK — Three felony charges of rape by instrumentation were presented to the district attorney’s office after an incident that happened in a Frederick school locker room last week.

According to reports, a 15-year-old was attacked and assaulted with a marker by three other teens in the school locker room after a basketball practice on Wednesday.

The incident was originally reported as a hazing incident, but after investigation, more serious charges were thought to be justified. Information and evidence has been turned over to the Oklahoma Department of Juvenile Affairs.
