Items on the agenda for Tuesday’s Altus Municipal Authority include purchase orders for items related to the ice storm, a $14,979 claim for the completion of the Altus City Hall and Safety Facility, and the presentation of the financial report.

Following this 6:30 p.m. meeting in Council chambers will be the regular meeting of the Altus City Council.

Several consent agenda items include purchase orders for the Assurance Fund, Airport Fund, Landfill Improvement Fund, Street & Alley Fund, Emergency 911 Fund, Cemetery Perpetual Fund, and purchases for the ice storm related purchases. There is also payroll in the amount of $362,915 and overtime of $208,795.

An update on the Park Lane project will be given before Council members go into executive session. Executive session items include a pending tort claim, the annual evaluation for the Human Resource Director, the Finance Director, and the Information Technology Director.
