Two injured in roll over accident near Blair

Jason Cole Mantzke, 19, of Altus, rolled his 2002 Dodge Neon early Saturday injuring two passengers.

According to reports from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Mantzke was west bound on State Hwy 19 at approximately 12:30 a.m. Saturday when, for an unknown reason, departed the left side of the roadway, impacting the ditch and rolling 1/2 times, impacting a utility pole and coming to rest on its top.

Passenger Juan Raul Martinez, 20, of Altus, was partially ejected out of the back glass. He was taken by Med-flight to Comanche County Memorial Hospital with head and internal injuries. He was admitted in stable condition.

Passenger Brian Keith Bryant, 22, of Altus, was taken to Jackson County Memorial Hospital by private vehicle where he was treated and released.

Seatbelts were equipped but not in use.
