Oklahoma Arts Institute volunteers make final plans for the annual membership drive which kicks off next Tuesday at 4 p.m., at the Altus Public Library. The drive will conclude on May 4. Proceeds will underwrite expenses for high school students selected to attend the fine arts academy. The 2010 students will be announced in the near future.
