Jackson County Emergency Management Director Jerry Gibson received a plaque from the Veterans of Foreign Wars "in special recognition and highest praise for alertness and dedication to protecting the citizens." This plaque was presented in the Jackson County Board of Commissioners meeting, Monday, April 26.
