City Council to discuss possible violations of DOC guidelines and polices in executive session Tuesday

Along with regular agenda items slated for Tuesday’s City Council meeting, there will be discussion in executive session about possible violations of DOC guidelines and polices.

The agenda items states that the executive session will be “for confidential communications between the governing body and its legal counsel concerning a pending claim, investigation by the Oklahoma Department of Corrections as to possible violations of DOC guidelines/policies by Parks and Recreation Department supervisory employees under the July 1, 2009 ODOC/Altus Community Work Center contract.”

Council may consider motions and votes relating to the executive session.
