Brandon Hollman of Lawton was stopped in his vehicle in the 200 block of E. Broadway at about 2:15 p.m. Wednesday when he was hit by a drunk driver - on a bicycle.

According to police reports, Timothy Livingston said he didn’t see the car when he took off across the street on his bicycle, and hit the vehicle in the door.

“The investigating officer said Livingston was obviously drunk, and was arrested for public intoxication,” said Mike Turner of the Altus Police Department.

Livingston was taken to Jackson County Memorial Hospital to be checked, but had no injuries.
