Bill Weldon, right, superintendent of the Southwest Technology Center, accepts a $500 check from Devin Graves, owner of Putnam Toyota and NAPA Auto Parts, for a gold sponsorship in the SWTC Foundation’s annual golf tournament set for July 14 at the Windy Trails Golf Course on Altus AFB. The tournament is the only fund raiser the Foundation conducts each year and the proceeds are used for student scholarships for those who need financial assistance to attend training at the center. Anyone wanting to be a sponsor or who would like to play in the tournament can contact the center at 477-2250.
