Janice Loyd, trustee for Quartz Mountain Aerospace, is processing the volume of data involved in their bankruptcy. Knowing that former QMA employees are still waiting to be paid for claims against the company, Loyd said, "I will be working on the wage claims and other claims filed in the estate, over the next couple of weeks and hope to have a better picture of how many claims, the value of same, and the potential amount of pro-rated distribution.  I still will not have an actual date for the distribution, however." Her date of distribution of funds depends on many factors, including the actions of the court. An Oct. 1 guestimate may be a goal by which former employees may plan. If they receive funds earlier than that, they will be a welcome surprise. If distribution will be later than October 1, there will be an update on the progress.
