Western Oklahoma State College hosted a retirement reception honoring President Randy Cumby Wednesday afternoon in the lobby of Western’s Higher Learning Center. Cumby, seen addressing the crowd upper right, has served at Western for a total of 33 years. He has served as Counselor, Dean of Student Services/Admissions, Vice President of Student Affairs and as President of Western Oklahoma State College for eleven years.
