ALTUS - Danny Robbins, chairman of the board of the Altus Chamber of Commerce, has announced that Dr. Bob Blackburn, executive director of the Oklahoma History Center and the Oklahoma Historical Society, will be the keynote speaker for the 99th Annual Banquet scheduled for Tuesday, April 24.
The theme for the banquet will be “Oklahoma Centennial - Altus
