Bulldogs have rough outing at LHS

The Altus High Bulldogs found the going rough at the Lawton High School gym on Tuesday night. Lawton High shot out to a quick lead and defeated the Bulldogs 81-51.

The Wolverines used some hot shooting to build a 48-22 lead at halftime.

Altus could not mount a comeback in the second half.

The Bulldogs, 9-3 on the season were led in scoring by Jordan Boone, who had 16 points.

Thomas Razor paced the Wolverines with 27 points.

Altus will meet Yukon in the first round of the Clester Harrington Shortgrass Invitational Basketball Tournament on Thursday at 8 p.m.
