The Altus City Council unanimously approved all items on the agenda during its regular meeting on Tuesday night.
Citizens can expect to see changes made to the City Seal on letterhead, business cards, City Pins and any other items requiring the seal of the City of Altus.
Donations will also be accepted for the proposed “Bark Park,” and J.C. Plumbing and Construction, Inc. will serve as Purchasing Agent for carrying out the water line improvements public contract.
The Board accepted several recommendations from the Altus City Planning Commission (ACPC), including plans for the final plat for the Northridge Addition part 4, the final plat for the Hunter Pointe III Addition, and the Concept Plan/Preliminary Plat for Hunter Pointe subdivision.
Acting as the Municipal Trust Authority, the Board authorized renewal of a lease agreement with Southwest Readymix for property located in the Bar-S Industrial Park Addition.
