Altus Police Detective Mike Turner verified that the Friendship Inn Restaurant was robbed early this morning. Turner said the two suspects were heavily disguised when they came in at 5 a.m. today and indicated that they had weapons. They then went behind the counter and took an undisclosed amount of cash.
“We are following leads at this time and no other information is available,” Turner said.
