Oklahoma Arts Institute volunteers Dottie Bobo, Ed Fayak and Gloria Rustmann are making preparations for the 2008 Altus area membership drive which will kick off at the Altus Public Library on April 22. The Institute president, Julie Cohen will be present to brief the volunteers on plans and faculty for the summer session. It is scheduled to begin June 14 at Quartz Mountain.
