According to Tillman County Emergency Management Jeff Rector Storm sirens go off in Frederick when an aminous cloud was spotted near Rosevelt where it dumped golf ball size hail and 70mph wind, along with a funnel cloud. All was heading South toward Tillman County and Frederick Monday late afternoon.
