The Council by ordinance meets on the first and third Tuesdays of the month, so the Tuesday meeting will be adjourned to Wednesday. The Council is switching the meeting to enable the council and the public to attend the Air Force “Tops in Blue” concert Tuesday evening at the City Auditorium.
