Altus Mayor T.L. Gramling got into the spirit of events Wednesday when he dressed up to sign a proclamation for Clown Week during a Clown School taught by Little Red and Jimminee the Clown at The Towers. International Clown Week is set for Aug. 1 through Aug. 7. Look for photos from Clown School in Sundays edition.
