Jesse Kyle Smith, known to everyone as “Kyle,” was born on Christmas day in 1990 and lived his 17 years as a Christian. He died on Aug. 8, 2008, doing what he loved, riding his sport bike. He was a student at Meridian Technology Center and was to be a senior at Morrison High School in Oklahoma.

He was a boy that never stopped moving. He loved anything with wheels or engines. He believed that he could accomplish anything he set his mind to. Kyle rode motorcycles since he was four-years-old. He loved doing tricks on them, and he loved racing. It didn’t matter whether it was motorcycles, 4-wheelers or cars. He loved being the one who did the most tricks, or went the fastest.

Kyle loved people and never knew a stranger. He would start talking to anyone who came in his path. Before you got away, he knew more about you, and you had a new friend.

He is survived by his mother and stepfather, Mary Brown Muth and her husband Wade; his father, Randy Smith and wife Lori; sisters, Courtney Lynn Rhodes and husband Bucky and Ashley Rene Smith and Josh Doyle; stepbrother, Benjamin Muth; nephew, Tyler Rhodes; nieces, Brianna Rhodes and Jurnee Doyle; grandparents, Bill and Helen Suskie, Jerry and Marilyn Brown; aunts and uncles, David and Leslie Brown, Paul and Debbie Brown, Steve and Cara Brown, Donna and Joe Goss, Elizabeth Suskie and Jimmy Moncada, Kathy Suskie, David and Ruth Redding, and Eddie and Joan Wilcoxen; girlfriend, Brittany Unruh and numerous other relatives and friends.

A memorial was scheduled for 1:30 p.m., today at LifeChurch.tv in Stillwater. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Kyle Smith’s name to:

LifeChurch.tv, Campus Development, 1917 N. Country Club Rd., Stillwater, OK 74075.
